Itinerary
Day 1 – South Bali – Tanah Lot – Vihara Dharma Giri – Bunut Bolong – Pekutatan,
Pick up from your hotel in South Bali, starting your journey to discover the lesser-traveled west of Bali. Stop for a visit to the famous and one of the most picturesque Tanah Lot temples, famed for its unique offshore setting and sunset backdrops. An ancient Hindu shrine perched on top of rock amidst constantly crashing waves. From here drive through the scenic road of Pupuan, enjoy the array of beautiful rice terrace fields along the road. The next stop will be at Vihara Dharma Giri, a Buddhist monastery that features a large white marble reclining Buddha beautifully set against the backdrop of the mountain ranges around Mt. Batukaru. There is also a pillar with the three-headed lions of Asoka and a quote stating ways of how to respect other religions and build harmony among people. Continue the journey by car and move one more uphill, where the way leads virtually “through” Bunut Bolong, a unique tree with a hole in the middle of it – so large that the road has been built through it!
Arrive in Pekutatan for check-in in the later afternoon and overnight.

Day 2 – Pekutatan – Rambut Siwi – Turtle Foundation – Banyuwangi (East Java).
Breakfast at your hotel afterward departs along the coastal road in West Bali with views of neighboring Java to Gilimanuk for a ferry crossing to Banyuwangi. Along the way stop at Rambut Siwi temple. It is on a cliff with views of the Indian Ocean and the long black send west coast. Since it is located along a busy trade route and road, it is traditionally visited by the Balinese to pray for a safe journey. From here drive to the Kurma Asih Foundation, a turtle conservation foundation that has been initiated by local people. You will be explained how volunteers try to help the turtles survive after hatching the nests in artificial nests that are protected from poachers. Continue to drive to Gilimanuk harbor and board on public ferry cross to Ketapang harbor in Banyuwangi, East Java. Once you arrive at Ketapang harbor set your watch 1 hour behind Bali time. Continue to your hotel for check-in and overnight

Day 3 – City Tour – Baluran Sunset
After Breakfast, prepare for a tour in Banyuwangi to see some home industry, where you can see how local people produce Tofu, and Crackers in the traditional way. then continue to Banyuwangi traditional market. Afterward, jump on a traditional vehicle called Becak to explore the traditional market and Hong To Bio Chinese temple. En-route enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to drive to Baluran National Park which sometimes refers to Javanese-African Savanah or little Africa, first you will visit Bama Beach, enjoy the natural scenery, and blue sea water with white sand along the shore. Many activities could be enjoyed here, such as swimming, bird watching, or just relaxing on the sand. After spending a couple of minutes at Bama beach, drive to the Bekol Savanah to see the wild animal attraction. Such as monkeys, Javanese bulls, etc. Enjoy the fabulous sunset view with Baluran mountain as the backdrop. After enjoying the sunset view, drive back to the hotel.

Day 4 – Ijen Plateau – Pemuteran
Wake up in the morning, breakfast is served at the hotel. Afterward, jump on the 4×4 jeep vehicle, drive to Paltuding base camp. On the way, we could enjoy the beautiful scenery of rice terracing fields with its traditional manner of plowing the soil with buffaloes, many kinds of plantation such as clove, coffee, cinnamon, and gmelina (a kind of teak wood). Afterward coming into the natural jungle. Once arrive at the base camp, get ready for a trek to the top, which follows a wide, well-worn pathway. At the top of Mount Ijen is a large crater lake surrounded by Sulphur mines. Upon reaching the top (2,385m), there is time to enjoy the views of Crater Lake which is 200 meters deep and contains steaming acidic water. Witness the agility and strength of the miners as they collect and carry the Sulphur blocks up to the crater rim. Due to strong toxic fumes from the lake, you are not allowed to go down to the lakeshore. Afterward, walk return to the base camp and drive back to your hotel for a well-deserved rest and lunch. In the afternoon check out and drive to Ketapang harbor and cross to Pemuteran. Check-in and overnight in Pemuteran.

Day 5 – Pulaki – Munduk
Breakfast at your hotel and morning at leisure. Take a chance to use the resort facility or simply swim and relaxing on the beach. In the afternoon check out and drive along the north coast to reach hilly village Munduk. Arrive at the small village Munduk located atop a mountain ridge separating the Southern planes from the steeper northern coast of Bali.

Day 6 – Trekking & Canoeing around Tamblingan Lake – Ubud
Breakfast at the resort and be met by a local trekking guide and drive to Tamblingan lake, start to trek from the rim of the crater which is covered by the rain forest area of Lake Tamblingan. The first part of this hike takes you deep into the rain forest as descend towards the lake where you will enjoy the amazing flora and the unspoiled landscape (many of the trees here are hundreds of years old). As you get closer to the lake, you will stumble upon several temples situated around Lake Tamblingan. These are intimate temples situated in beautiful nature which are very quiet. You then arrive at the lakeshore, jump on a traditional wooden canoe, and paddle around the lake while observing the beautiful surrounding and dense rain forest. Paddle back to the lakeshore and transported back to the hotel. Take a shower and check out. Drive along the three lakes and stop at Ulun Danu temple. Located at 1200 meters above sea level, this volcanic lake is surrounded by spectacular views. Founded in the 17th century. This is perhaps one of the most photographed temples in Bali and is dedicated to Dewi Danu, the goddess of water, featuring a beautiful thatched Hindu Meru which seems to float on the lake. This temple is also home to a Buddhist shrine. Drive towards the Ubud area for check-in and overnight at your hotel in Ubud.

Day 7 – Ubud – South Bali (Departure)
Breakfast at your hotel and morning at leisure or be freed to explore the surrounding where you can walk around the rice terrace field around your resort. In the afternoon check out from your hotel, be picked up by your guide, and transfer to South Bali for your next destination or to Airport for your departure.
