Our Health and Safety Standards after COVID-19

After we’ve been trough tough years due to COVID-19 pandemic, we recognize that the world has changed and traveler’s expectations have changed with it. As a result, we set our new operating guidelines to ensure that customers are as well-protected as possible while in our care.

This set of revised steps and standards has been compiled based on recommendations from relevant authorities, including the World Health Organization and the World Tourism Organization.

These standards will be in place until further notice, and will consistently be reviewed as the situation changes to align with best practices and official

Safety Measures

We implemented new measurement to ensure the health and safety for our clients and staffs as follows:

  • Face masks required for guides in public areas
  • Face masks provided for travelers
  • Hand sanitizer available to travelers and staff
  • Regularly sanitized high-traffic areas
  • Gear/equipment sanitized between use
  • Transportation vehicles regularly sanitized
  • Guides required to regularly wash hands
  • Regular temperature checks for staff
  • Temperature checks for travelers upon arrival
  • Paid stay-at-home policy for staff with symptoms
  • Contactless payments for gratuities and add-ons
  • COVID-19 vaccination required for guides and travelers
