Payment policy
Amount of deposit required to confirm the booking.
A 50% deposit is required for any booking that is made between 30 days to 21 days before the activity.
Balance payment should be settled 20 days before the activity.
Full payment is required for any booking made 20 days before the activity.
Cancellation Policy
All confirmed bookings that are canceled before the agreed time frame of more than 31 days before arrival will receive a full refund.
All confirmed bookings that are canceled between 30 and 21 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.
No refund will be applied for all confirmed bookings that are canceled after the agreed time frame of 20 days before arrival
