Payment policy

• Amount of deposit required to confirm the booking.
• A 50% deposit is required for any booking that is made between 30 days to 21 days before the activity.
• Balance payment should be settled 20 days before the activity.
• Full payment is required for any booking made 20 days before the activity.

Cancellation Policy

• All confirmed bookings that are canceled before the agreed time frame of more than 31 days before arrival will receive a full refund.
• All confirmed bookings that are canceled between 30 and 21 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.
• No refund will be applied for all confirmed bookings that are canceled after the agreed time frame of 20 days before arrival
